“A group of middle schoolers on summer break can’t wait to get the band back together. Another summer on Shelter Island. It will be full of sailing, biking, moviemaking, band practice, and maybe even love (if they're lucky). But all their plans for an amazing summer are derailed when an evening of innocent pranks turns into the worst night of their lives. This group of tweens witnesses a murder, or so they think. Will anyone listen to this rag-tag group of kids? If not, how many more will die before they can solve the case.”
